Home grain mills are available for the home baker to make their own flour and meal for various grains. Many home bakers feel that this gives them a more  nutritous flour and bread with more health benefits. Mill cost $50 and up. The mills can be hand powered, driven by electric motors or in some cases both.  Grains are sometimes hard to find locally and shipping charges make the flour expensive.
